The current LogicGem release is Version 4.0 Build 4015. You can check which version you have installed while inside the application by selecting Help | About LogicGem from the menu.

Technical support by email is available to customers and evaluators, along with other technical support resources available through our website, including our FAQ, knowledge base articles and online documentation.
In most cases, you should receive a response to your inquiry by the next business day, excluding holidays and weekends.
Please make sure you have the logicgem.com domain whitelisted. If you use Gmail or Outlook, adding our support address to your contacts or creating a filter to accept support email from our domain will ensure you receive our replies.

February 21, 2024 An update to LogicGem 4.0 has been released and is available for download. This corrects a few problems that have been reported by users with multiple monitors and some other UI related fixes. This update is free to all licensed LogicGem users.

LogicGem 4.0 has been released and is available for download. If you have installed a preview release, we recommend uninstalling that version prior to installing the release version. We would like to thank everyone who participated in testing LogicGem and providing valuable feedback during its development.

We’ve created some new tutorial videos that provide a great introduction to LogicGem. One video is oriented towards business analysts, and another is for programmers, showing how LogicGem can be used to generate Python code that implements the rules defined in a decision table.
